Someone damaged my 4runner in January. I got an estimate the next day at McDaniel's and was told they couldn't fix it until beginning of May. The last week of May came, and I had heard nothing. If I could give zero stars I would. I was told they would not sell me a brand new car at MSRP because I would not trade in my car. I found the vehicle I wanted online . I called the dealership and did all paperwork online that I could . They held the car for me for a week as I flew in from out of state . Your collision department honored a warranty issue on my Highlander resolving the problem on my vehicle. My Highlander was fixed after an accident. I later found an issue, they looked the Highlander over and repaired the the problem, provided a rental car during the repair time at no cost. Hats off to this department! Thanks so much! I was really in a time crunch while buying my wife a Highlander. I was in before and spoke to Jeremy Dunn and he explained what needed to be done. We had about 30 minutes to stop and do the paperwork. The car was cleaned-up and ready to go with a full tank.
