Best price on a new Sienna Platinum literally in the entire country! Most dealers were selling at MSRP and many were adding a markup due to their popularity and scarcity. They had one priced basically at the MSRP of the next lowest trim (Limited). After talking to the sales person (Raislin) and being assured there was no back story I drove 100 miles to purchase the car still somewhat leery and ready to walk away if this was a "bait and switch". It wasn't and there was no attempt to upsell me other than the usual extended warranty and protection packages. Once I declined there was no pressure. I usually zip my pockets and check to be sure I still have my watch after visiting the "finance person". You don't have to worry here, Kisha was did her job but I felt no pressure to buy. The car was as advertised, no surprises, prepped perfectly and a joy to drive. All dealers should take a lesson from McDaniel.

My wife had been looking for a 2023 Rav4 Limited with the Gray Metallic exterior. I was finally able to find one on the internet that was listed by McDaniel Toyota. I sent an E-Mail on a Monday night inquiring as to it's availability and was pleased to get a response from Internet Manager Kelsie Phillips early the next morning. She put me in touch with salesperson Sydnie Salisbury who worked with me over the next two days to to hash out a deal for the 2023 Rav4 Limited and my trade-in of a 2019 Rav4 Adventure. She also set me up with favorable financing thru Toyota Finance. We picked the new car up on Thursday and we were treated in a professional and courteous manner by all of the McDaniel Toyota employees including Larry Rigsby who handled all of the laborious paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience with McDaniel Toyota from start to finish.
Someone damaged my 4runner in January. I got an estimate the next day at McDaniel's and was told they couldn't fix it until beginning of May. The last week of May came, and I had heard nothing. I contacted them on 5/24 and was told they would have their secretary contact me. It's 8/20 and no one has ever reached out to me. I also had a bad experience when I purchased my 4Runner. I would NOT recommend McDaniel's to anyone, and I will never go back there. I have to start over to get my car fixed somewhere else.
I contacted McDaniel Toyota via phone on a Saturday morning @ 9:30 inquiring about a 2016 Cadillac SRX they have advertised on "Auto trader" & left a message for a sales person to please contact me. Within 30 minutes I received a call back from "Sean" who took all my questions. Less than 15 minutes he was back on the phone with me and we worked out a deal in less than an hour from when I first called even though I am 180 miles from their dealership. By the end of the day he arranged to have the car delivered to us just a couple of days later and as always buying something only by photos you are worried if the product will live up to your expectations. The guys that delivered the car were right on time when they said they would arrive, took time to show us the features of the vehicle and the car not only met our expectations but exceeded them which is very rare. The Car was even nicer than what we expected it to be and it is so refreshing to be so pleasantly surprised, Sean was great to work with and even called a few days later to see if everything was ok with the car. With two emails I did not get a response. Not upset but surprised that no one replied.
I searched a 500 mile radius from Indianapolis for the best value in a late model F150. I found it at McDaniel Toyota. As I was over 200 miles away, I relied on the observations and descriptions of my Sales Person, Joe Peters, to characterize the truck. He was so detailed and thorough I decided to reserve the truck sight unseen. Upon seeing the truck. Joe was spot on. I immediately purchased it for the full asking price, which I thought was a bargain, and headed home with my truck in about an hour. I am delighted with my purchase and my experience with McDaniel Toyota. KAS
Overall great experience. Very disappointed with Manager John Halko but Salesperson Joe Peters and Finance Manager Matt Moloney were terrific. In fact I'd rate Joe as one of the best I've ever dealt with.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was told they would not sell me a brand new car at MSRP because I would not trade in my car. They told me "we are not making enough money off you" and that is word for word from the salesmans mouth. It just shows they could care less about the customer and only care about how much money they can make from you. I will never again think about buying a car from McDaniel Toyota and I will make sure others know to stay away as well. This "car shortage" will not last forever and people will rememeber the greedy and shady dealers.
I called about the rav4 filled out application went up same day and drove it home. Mr. Lane was very kind and helpful. Great experience again. I bought a new yaris there in 2010.
Honestly I would give them 5 star if I didn't have Greg as a salesperson, the entire time Greg will just ignore you until you have to reach out to his boss who would likely come down on Greg and make him talk to me....YOU"RE xxx GROWN MAN acting like a 7 year old. So I bought a 2018 mazda6 and I love my car but the blind spot monitor went out or something like that so John the sales manager said to take it in and they'll pay for it. Super nice thing and I really appricated it since the mazda dealership by my said it would be an 1100 dollar fix meanwhile, Greg just ignored me because he believes that once the sale is done he no longer needs to talk to you keep in mind I drove 3.5 hours for this car. So long story short they actually send a driver to pick up my car and give me a loaner so they can get it fixed at a local mazda dealership (Probably to get it fixed at cost) I don't blame them one bit It's fine because they really were super nice minus Greg. So Greg finally text me because again John probably is yelling at him because he's busy being a manager hey your car is going to be fixed tuesday and you'll have it wednesday 7/29/2020 so 5 o' clock rolls around and I text greg "hey am I getting my car today." No sorry." I texted back So what happened is there a reason why?!? GREG JUST IGNORES MY CALL AND TEXT.....DUDE you have my car still just ignores me. So now I've gotta get John involved again and he actually gives me the updates....So long story short the problem came back so they took it back to get fixed. IF YOU GET GREG AS YOUR SALESPERSON WALK AWAY AND ASK TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE. I'M NOT SURE WHY MCDANIAL TOYOTA EVEN EMPLOYEES HIM IT'S A REALLY BAD LOOK FOR THEM AS A COMPANY. Everyone at this dealership is so freaking nice I came in hungover from Put in Bay for a bachelor party and they gave me water and ibuprofen like they're so nice...Greg told me the car had two keys and it only had one and gave me floor mat that isn't even for my car....Through all of the bad experiences with Greg everyone else is so nice so yes I do recommend them but I would honestly tell you to stay away if your salesperson is Greg if you have to wait trust me it'll be worth it not to have Greg as your salesperson but to buy a car from them because they will take care of you.
Walking into a car dealership, I figured dealers would make me feel dumb because I know little about cars and would jump all over me to get me to buy a car. This was the absolute opposite of how I felt when I walked into McDaniels Toyota. Everyone was super nice, and I felt like I was with my own family. I was greeted by multiple employees (Austin, Aaron, and John), before I went in to look at the cars that my dad picked out, the Corolla and Yaris. Austin was knowledgeable with both vehicles and allowed me to sit in each car. Once I picked the Corolla and stated my dislikes of an older version, he was able to pick out an upgrade that matched my desires. Austin allowed me to test drive and showed me all of the safety features on the road. John was able to look at my trade-in vehicle within reasonable time and provide me with a price that they were willing to deduct from my new car cost. Although we had to sit and go through documents twice, Jeremy thoroughly explained each document both times. This was great because I was purchasing my first vehicle and had no idea about GAP or any of the other services that are provided. Scheduling my first service check-up was fairly simple. Bob was able to inform me of the business hours and schedule me within a week. Danielle was able to be a chauffeur and take my vehicle to another building and explain the paperwork that followed what was done to my car. While my car was being worked on, I sat in the lounging area and spoke to a few friendly employees.
I was really in a time crunch while buying my wife a Highlander. I was in before and spoke to Jeremy Dunn and he explained what needed to be done. We had about 30 minutes to stop and do the paperwork. The car was cleaned-up and ready to go with a full tank. I can't thank them enough for being prepared and having everything ready to go so we could be on our way.
