Best dealership experience I’ve ever had, period. I called about a truck and spoke to Kelsie, told her which one I wanted and for and the structure I looking to achieve. She handled most of the communication then Tyler worked with me to close the deal. He promised “no hassle” and delivered big time! We took care of most of the transaction via text and by the time I actually got to the dealership the truck was prepped and paperwork was ready. I was in and out in just about 30 minutes. Shout out to Shawn Taylor and every single person we interacted with at McDaniel Toyota—from the cheerful gentleman who greeted us at the door, to the person in the finance office (I didn’t catch her name, sorry!), and especially to Shawn, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and never pushy. Hands down the easiest buying experience I have ever done. My dad purchased from there about 3 years ago and I started looking online for a Tundra and this one checked all the boxes. And it happened to be at McDaniel. We drove an hour and half to come see the new Tundra and upon returning from the test drive. We were done with paperwork in no time. I wish they were closer for future service needs, but when I am ready for another Toyota they will be my go too.

I was looking for a prius. I already had an offer from another dealership. I just called to check if they can beat it. I spoke to a salesperson named Joe peters. The model which they had was a trim above the offer I had. But joe was really transparent and honest about the pricing . Also considering the value for each trim he actually offered a good deal. Joe was patient to hear my requirements. Talk me through the deal. Unfortunately I went with the first offer just because my girlfriend liked the color. Even when I was going ahead with the purchase, joe guided me through some check points for us to see if the deal is solid. Even though we couldn’t give the business, joe was kind enough to help us out. Great experience.

Just picked up my cool red Honda Accord that I purchased from McDaniel in Marion. Joe was our sales person who was excellent. He listened to our requests and made it happen while being very polite and professional.
